Welcome to The Keys Etiquette Consulting, LLC ("The Keys Etiquette Consulting," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, programs, courses, coaching services, consultations, events, digital products, and related materials.
By accessing our website, registering for a service, purchasing a course, or engaging with our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Keys Etiquette Consulting primarily serves adults ages 18 and older. Certain programs may be available for younger participants with parental or legal guardian consent.
By purchasing or participating in any program, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. COURSE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Enrollment in any course, coaching program, workshop, or consultation is confirmed only after payment has been received.
The Keys Etiquette Consulting reserves the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, or remove participants whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the values of the Company.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

3. PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS AND INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule a private consultation or coaching session by providing at least seventy-two (72) hours' written notice.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or credit toward a future appointment.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Sessions may only be rescheduled two (2) times. Additional rescheduling requests may require payment of a new session fee.
4. GROUP PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS, AND EVENTS
Cancellation Policy
For group courses, workshops, dining programs, and special events:

Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more before the event date will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the event date.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable.

Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund, transfer, or credit.
The Keys Etiquette Consulting reserves the right to establish separate cancellation policies for certain specialty programs, retreats, corporate trainings, or certification events.
5. CORPORATE TRAINING PROGRAMS
Corporate training engagements may require a signed service agreement outlining the scope of services, deliverables, travel requirements, payment schedule, and cancellation terms.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure training dates.

Final payment is due according to the executed agreement.

Corporate clients may not record training sessions without written authorization.
The Keys Etiquette Consulting may reference corporate clients in marketing materials unless otherwise prohibited by a written confidentiality agreement.
6. ONLINE COURSES AND DIGITAL PROGRAMS
Online courses, webinars, digital trainings, masterclasses, downloadable resources, and educational materials are provided for educational purposes only.
Access periods vary by program and will be stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content:

All online courses are non-refundable.

Access to online materials may not be transferred, shared, sublicensed, sold, or assigned.
7. COURSE PARTICIPATION
Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.
The Keys Etiquette Consulting reserves the right to remove any participant from a course, workshop, coaching engagement, or event without refund if the participant:

Engages in discriminatory behavior

Uses abusive language

Disrupts the learning environment

9. RECORDING POLICY
Audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, photographing training materials, screen recording, or reproducing any portion of Company content is strictly prohibited without written consent.

10. CERTIFICATES
Certificates of participation or completion may be offered for select programs at the sole discretion of The Keys Etiquette Consulting.
Participation in a course does not guarantee certification, credentialing, employment opportunities, business outcomes, or professional advancement.
